they were fast and effective they do seem to over book appointments and the delay was a little longer then anticipated but the driver did call 2X to update me on his time. Service fast and very nice.

We hired Fabian of Terminix in San Bernardino, CA and have been happy with him, but the office staff needs to be a little bit more informative to customers. When you call and ask for an appointment or verify your appointment, they need to give you an approximate time within 2 hours or so, and not tell you the terminix guy will be there sometime between 9am and 5pm. No one wants to wait all day for someone to get to their house. Otherwise, we have gotten great results.
