Efficient and friendly

I hired Terminix to do the work. They were very prompt, friendly and did a good job.

They were on time, did everything they said they would. There was a follow-up the next week. We're happy with the job they did, and are hoping this solves our problem with rodents.

He told me no one could get the mice/rats out of my walls. He set up traps and told me I needed to have some excavation done around the skirting of my mobile home.

Great response time and got the problem taken care of immediately.

Jim Stiles was not the person who came; Scott Knapp did. He was polite, accommodating, and thorough.

Explained everything very well and answered any questions I had. Very professional.

They were prompt in coming. They sprayed, set traps etc, however my biggest problem being the rodents, under the house was the issue. The first guy they sent out could not fit in the crawl space below to inspect well enough to report any damage on my home by the rodents. As I am selling my home this is a big issue. A rat was noticed in my house yesterday, so I'm hoping this is taken care of soon.

I was a little disappointed that the inspector sold us a package for one destructive insect, and the installer told us this insect was not a problem for us. But we had already paid the 12 month program to the inspector, so he treated anyway. I would recommend that you get a second opinion on your suspected insect issues, no matter who you pick, and don't pay upfront.

I don't think Jim Stiles is the person who came out for the inspection, but I was very pleased with the two inspectors that you sent.

We decided to go with Terminex. They had the most affordable payment plan for us. I was incredibly impressed with how quickly they followed through with everything. If I called them, they called back within 10 minutes. If they said they'd come at 2pm, there were there at 2pm. When I had extra questions, I called and both people I talked to took the time to be thorough and helpful in their answers. I liked these people very much. They have only started the process, so that's all I can comment on at this time. " WILL SUBMIT RATING WHEN PROJECT IS COMPLETED"

The price was a little more than I had hoped, but they were in the range of other good pest control services. All personnel were very courteous and efficient, and they showed up on time. In fact, they said they'd be there between 3 and 5 and they actually showed up at 3!! They explained what we should expect from the pests after treatment, and it was exactly right. The only confusing part was that I called them locally and then a few days later I got a call from a national call center who didn't realize or know that I was already talking to someone locally. It took a while before we realized that.

All 3 of the Terminix people we spoke with were very courteous and helpful in explaining our carpenter ant problem. Although we've only had one treatment, I trust that they are doing a good job.

Jim Stiles is no longer with the Tacoma Terminex office. He is now with the Portland office. The person in the Tacoma office to talk to is Chris and was absolutely terrific. He answered all my questions, even the one "Why should I use Terminex over other pest control companies?" with professionalism and respect and was the reason that I made the choice to go with Terminex. I actually decided to go with an annual contract to keep the pests under control all year long. Jason Chandler, the Terminex technician that has been out to my house several times now (to remove dead rodents) has also been professional, informative and respectful of my home. Thanks.

The inspector that came out was very personable. He explained everything clearly. When the staff came out to treat there were a few things that were not addressed until they got here. Overall we are pleased.

My wife was there, said the person that came was very nice, explained things well and seems to be providing a good service at a decent price...

Since I had no idea how much it would cost, I thought it was a bit expensive but didn't know if it was average. He did spray around the whole house and got rid of the big wasp nest so I think it was worth it.

They have been out to evaluate and submit a bid. The bid was accepted, but the work has not yet been scheduled. Will rate when job is completed.

We were, unfortuanatley, infested with flies. We called Terminix. Terminix has rid the problem along with any other bug that may have wanted to enter our home. I expected to purchase a "one-time" extermination, but came to understand why it's not the best way to go. We spent a bit more than we hoped to, but the problem is GONE and we will have their follow-up services for a year. one little complaint: when they spray around your windows, the solution drips down onto the window pane. NOT fun if you have recently spent hours polishing for a clear view. Also, one strange thing...they stopped by last month, off schedule, without any call from us, and serviced the exterior leaving a note on the door. I'm sure we will get it squared away when we follow it up, but of course expect to not be charged for that visit, as it was not a scheduled (pre-paid) quarterly visit. The Terminix list of guaranteed pest control is quite impressive. They guarantee that if any pest on the list appears during our contracted year, they will take care of it. This I like. The "technicians" are friendly and professional.
