Swift service.

Don't know yet how well everything worked, but the person who came to do the spraying seemed very competent and knowledgeable.

He came today for our initial visit. Everything went fine.

I was very pleased with the level of service and all my questions were answered. I have already recommended this particular Terminix branch to my family and friends. I would use them again without a doubt.

The tech explained every thing very well. So far everything seems fine.

Response was immediate. Work was done professionally. Pricey, but no one else called. Never got a second bid, unless someone called late and was told Terminix had done the job already. Very early in the game, but so far so good. 90 day follow-up to see about progress regarding bugs. Email back in 90 days.

Bill was great! He took his time and explained everything he was going to do and addressed my concerns about the environmental impact of the treatment sincerely and thoroughly. He apologized for not being on schedule for the first visit and was on time for the second. I would recommend him highly.

Althought the service was good once they arrived, the communication to get them to our house was terrible. The national call center does not relay the service request to the local businesses in a timely manner. The day the service was suppose to take place was the first day the local business received the information from the call center. After the first mishap, it took another 3 weeks to get them back due to different people not relaying the correct information. I would suggest they need to write everything down in the customer's file and make sure they relay the pertinent information to whoever is servicing the customer.

He arrived on time and did a thorough job. The termite inspection was free.

I chose Terminex partly because of the written service agreement, the reputation, and because of the information provided by the person with whom I spoke, Denise. It seemed a big more pricy than others I called. It is difficult to judge results when the bait was only put down two days ago. The tech was was very respectful of my questions and answered them thoroughly. I have to trust that he knows more than I do about pest control. I feet comfortable with the tech, and with my contact person at Terminex, who was very kind and also answered all my questions. I might answer the above questions differently after I see the results.

I got a call back within 30 minutes of my submission to ServiceMagic and they were at my house the next day. They were thorough and courteous. Very trustworthy.

He was very pleasant to speak with. Gave me a lot of info about insects in this area. I would recommend this service to my neighbors.

Overall the work was done on time and well. There was communication issues with the office and tech and inspector but they were worked out. Terminex was a little expensive which may effect whether I will use them again next year. I will try them out for this year though.

They were very timely and honest about what my needs were and what I could do to prevent further infestation. I was satisfied with the time they gave me to go over things before the actual treatment (commitment.)
