Terminix was quick to come and quick to follow up. I'd recently bought the house & original inspector found no damage. Terminix found evidence of old, now inactive damage. My first house became a victim of active termite infestation. I never want that to happen again. So, once burned, twice shy - Terminex did as requested: treated the whole house. They give a lifetime guarantee against termite damage under their contract. That's good. Don't wait till its too late!

Robert came to my house and the same day I called and did an excellent job. I was a little annoyed that terminex called me multiple times after the visit not realizing that they had already been to the house. I received calls at work and on my cell phone despite the fact that I had already signed a contract for service.
