Very prompt - nice to work with

The tech that performed our service could not have been nicer. The sales person (from the corporate office) could not have been more full of lies. The sales person promised services that Terminix does not perform and at a price they do not normally offer. He lied about the contract and many other things. Thank goodness the tech was understanding and a true professional. Our tech contacted his office and came up with a solution that was fair and acceptable. He took care of his customer and saved the sale!

Still having problems with the carpenter ants and the swarmers, but Terminex has been good about coming back out to retreat. I have been advised they are a little difficult to be rid of. I do have an issue with their communication between the web and individual branches though. I paid for year advance through the web site, the branch wasn't aware so I finally got that worked out (I hope) but I'm still recieving bills.

They came out the very next day to do an evaluation. Then they were able to come out in less than 24hrs to do the treatment. They are the only company to give a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They tell the truth. I wouldn't use anyone else. Plus they offer financing.

Was able to make an appointment right away. He explained everything he did, all of the chemicals he used. He did a very thorough treatment of my house inside and out. I have seen only a few carpenter ants since the Terminix visit.

technician stated that they do not remove spider webs indoors - customer service number indicated that they do - our screened in porch was barely touched and no indoor cob/spiderwebs were removed. For $200 for the visit - were were not ata ll satisfied and we have a clean hom e- just problem with spiders in our basement.

I felt that the service promised and the service I received did not match. The service I requested was rodent removal which was addressed but as far as anything else, I don't feel like the job was as thorough as it should have been.

They were very prompt, and the technician is always polite and friendly. We got the first application and now go for the four times a year plus as needed service. We almost always have some ants find a path in during the spring, and the technician comes out right away if we haven't had our treatment yet. It's been a great company to do business with.
