I was called back rightaway ,They asked what they can help me with and not like all the other when they try to sell you stuff you dont need. I am pleased wth the customer service that Terminix has proivded me, Thank you,Terminix....

They were very helpful, inspected the place and identified the pests as pantry pests. Did not charge a pie for inspection and gave us helpful tips to clean the pantry pests.

The inspector was great. However, the original crew that was supposed to treat my house got sick and they sent a substitute crew. They were OK, but I had to make sure they did everything correctly. There were several things they had forgotten to do without my checking. I would have expected better communications with the substitute crew so that their instructions were clear.

Low price. Fast service.

The technician was prompt and professional.

They came in for an inspection and did a good job.

I called them Tuesday regarding an ant problem; they were here punctually Thursday and the job was completed satisfactorily.

Fast and easy

The termite inspector did a very thorough inspection and explained termite related problems and the damage very well. The person who came over for the treatment also did a clean job.

They could do better communicating clearly and concisely. Stated inspector would be out at 9AM, require 90 minutes to do the inspection, with 30 minute results discussion and be done by 11AM. When I called at 9:20AM to find out why no-show, inspector stated I should have been told the inspection is 45 minutes and they show up some time within a two hour window. I signed contract for the work and was told I would get a confirmation call day before appointment. Never got a call, thus I called them the morning of appointment. They showed up as promised and did the work as promised.

Overall a good service. However, there were some junior people working in the headquarters that miscommunicated some details.

Terminex was the only company that contacted me. Neither of the other two did. The inspector came out and did a thorough inspection. Very nice guy and very knowledgable. We will decide later this year about getting the work done (fumigation, dry rot, et.)

Fifth day after 1st visit (2/22/06): NO changes inside home; I continue to get bitten. Appearance of 'black dots' increased in bathroom so I have covered small window, where black gunk/dots come from. No ants outside!!!

The Terminix guy sprayed for yellow jackets and told me to seal the openings where they were accessing my roof. I noticed absolutely no change in the number of yellow jackets for several days after he sprayed. My neighbor came over and sprayed with an over-the-counter spray, and I sealed the access holes. I could have saved $175, as I ended up doing the work myself anyway (with help from my neighbor).

Vance Miller no longer works for Terminix at least thats what I been told by Terminix. Anyways they did a exellent job.
