They were professional much more than I expected, very pleased

They've met my expectations and did a good job. The only thing that wasnt 5 stars is that on the phone they said they would do a free termite inspection with the expert visit. I forgot to ask about it when the guy as here and the guy forgot to do it as well. Besides that, everything was fine.

Communication was a little slow but it ended up working out. Gave discount on mistake. Very courteous technician.

The technician discovered where mice were getting into the house, and so far so good! I was supposed to get a free termite inspection at the same time and no one showed - I got three calls to reschedule that appointment (by a different technician) which was very annoying. Also, read the contract CLOSELY - they auto-renew the treatment plan and don't remind you and VERY MUCH expect you to pay so be sure to cancel if you don't want to continue!

Very happy with this contractor's professionalism, and the quickness with which they responded. Did take a few visits before the problem was properly diagnosed and cleared up.

The gentleman who initially came to inspect the problem was quite thorough. The technician he sent afterward to treat the areas was not very thorough. I had to keep showing him areas he missed.

The technician was just over an hr late w/o giving any notice of being late. I had to find out about the lateness by calling after the scheduled timeframe had passed.

Terminix came and provided a free evaluation. He determined that we did not have termites. He gave me helpful information on what to look for along with various prevention plans to consider. I appreciated the information without being overkill.

First time they were to show up--no one showed or called. I waited for hours but none one came. The Branch Manger was only one worth a darn. He came by the next morning to determined what I needed and scheduled someone for the next day between 12 and 2. I called the local office to check at 11 but no answer--left message but no call back, Communication through Terminix network was useless. They did not know if team was coming, in fact said they probably were not as they did not show it scheduled. The guy finally showed at 2 PM but if I did not stay as Terminx had suggested we would have wasted another day waiting on them. The guy that finanlly showed did a good job. I was pleased with hs service.

After 1 week still have ants.

He was wonderful, listened to all my comments about the incidences of mice, did all he needed to do to set traps, look for the areas they might come in, was outside, etc. and will return in 3 months.

I would definitely call on this person again if needed.

They missed 2 appointments in the same day, and when they finally got here they came in and didn't do much...For $125

It was quick. Only I wish they call me at least a day before to let me know they were comming because they had called me same day letting me know they will be at my house in 20min. It was good that I was home. Other then that, it was good service.

Too many computer generated phone calls to my house, one was at 9pm at night, too late.

Job was to spray the outside of house for wasps. Snowed the day they came so couldn't do the outside and they have not come back to do it. Was not worth $150 to have a few windows sprayed on the inside of my house...literally 4 windows.
