The job the pro did when he came out was great -- very thorough and friendly. BUT, they get reduced marks for screwing up our appointment -- we were scheduled for a Friday morning 8-noon window, and found out at 12:30 Friday that they somehow screwed up our appointment and had us down for the following day. My wife stayed home and missed a day of work because of this mix-up. Not the best way to make a good first impression.

He was very attentive to my anxiety about our tenants having roaches and willing to come out extra, if needed.

Furthermore, he had no problem receiving his payment immediately for professional services. We live in Houston, Texas and arranged and approved this work order for our love ones that reside in Chicago, Illinois. My experience with Terminix was great. The primary reason I went with Terminix is because our building is a six unit condo and Terminix allowed each owner to schedule a separate appointment, without being charged extra, if he/she missed the original appointment. The only grip, and this has nothing to do with the professional who showed up to perform the work, is that there was a huge disconnect between the service rep taking my order and they professionals actually performing the work. The service rep promised things that are not typically performed by the service professionals. The mix-up was handled and all in all the service was great.

Although I have to delay services, the representative from this organization was so prompt in contacting me, and was courteous and professional in planning a future service date. Service Magic was really helpful to me making the initial contact. Thank you so much.

Terminex was on time, professional and fair. I still have squirrels sneaking into my pool room but Terminex is being consistent in assuring that they don't say "case closed" until the problem is taken care of. It is nice to know that its still possible to get great service, customer satisfaction and a guarantee for a fair price. Thank you terminex.

They were great.

We were not informed in advance that service today would require a 1 year contract. Additionally, my stove and refridgerator were left in the middle of the room and unplugged, though my wife had requested that he replace it before leaving. My wife was unable to move the refridgerator so that it could be plugged back in and the contents spoiled before I could get home to do so.
