had some trouble rescheduling them when I was unavailable - -- I would reschedule them 5 business days in advance - - - however when they need to reschedule I find out that morning. They need to get better with the scheduling.

They were great. Very friendly and effective.

I thought the employees were very courteous and did not mind explaining what they were going to do in full detail,. My father is on Oxygen and they did everything to make sure we were comfortable with the services being provided in our home . They discussed his health and safety with their chemicals and were very reassuring.

The company was wonderful, but the serviceman blamed everyone else when he did not show up at my house and did not return my call. There was no offer to reschedule or to even say there was a miscommunication, only excuses. When he came to my house 3 days later, he was kind, prompt and thorough. I think I deserve a discount due to this poor service, but I think it was only this particular serviceman, not a reflection of the way the company typically runs. My other workings with the company were great.
