The professional contacted us to see about rescheduling to a sooner date. The professional was very open to our scheduling. A concern of ours was the differing information that we received from the customer service professional that we spoke with over the phone and the information from the professional. Specifically, I was under the impression that pets and people could return to the residence immediately after the process, but this was not the case. It was not a major issue, though.

Very friendly & professional. Showed up on time as promised. Cheaper than others, but you have to listen to the termite inspection deal. Would recommend them to others.
