The individual who did the work was very good but he showed up with a preprinted contract for more work than requested. At first we refused the service until he contacted his supervisor who revised the contract to what we had originally requested.

The initial cost is very expensive for the amount of rodent boxes they provided. The service tech did not explain to my tenants if the chemicals are harmful to their kids or pets. Overall average service and value.

I should of compared & researched more. Overall I was pleased. the price was high at $250.. then again I never delt with such a problem b4.
