Termite Pest Control Service
The technician, Mike, was excellent. The salesman, could improve if he showed up on time and returned messages in a timely manner. The receptionist I dealt with (sorry I don't have a name) was absolutely terrible, knew nothing, and would not allow me to communicate with salesman. Otherwise, yours was the only service that offered what I needed at a reasonable price.

Bruce was not able to come as he was in an accident, but he sent someone else in his place who could not find any sign of termites. Thank goodness. Excellent service and communication. I would call Terminix again.

The gentleman that eventually visited my home was fabulous. The main office needs to communicate better, they scheduled a technician who did not show up and I did not receive a call until 1 hour and 50 minutes into my 2 hour service call window. Then they wanted to reschedule for a full week later. They eventually honored my request and sent someone the next available business day.
