Terminix Taunton staff were all outstanding. Starting from the consultation with Justin to the platinum installation with Brian. Nick the manager of the attic extermination. All of the technicians were great, on time and hard working. I absolutely recommend them.

I contacted the Terminix and their consultant came to my house and checked inside and outside the house to find of which kind of bugs they should be treating. After that he wrote me a quote. Once I gave my approval, the person from the company came and did the spray inside and out side. After few days I still find couple of bugs, I called the person and they came back and spray again. I am very happy with their service.

Completed everything in the signed agreement. They were also friendly, polite and flexible with scheduling.

They were a lot pushy to get the job. Dont like pushiness and almost told him to get someone else to push his business on. Just be up front and dont try to be a pushy salesman

I believe they took care of my problem but I was misled or misunderstood the guarantee. I was told the application would last for 15yrs. and that they would look at it annually but when they finished they said there was an annual charge of 225 dollars for the inspection.

The request we placed with Terminix was an inspection to see if we had a potential termite problem beginning. Our rep was timely, courteous, informative and very helpful. He told us we do not currently have a problem, but I will definitely call Terminix for any future pest problems and recommend them to anyone who I know has a problem.

Big problems with scheduling. The initial rodent control person was there on time and did a good job. The termite inspector was supposed to be there with him, but decided not to show-up. He again failed to show or call to cancel our second scheduled meeting. I called Terminex and told them that I wanted a different person to do the job. I threatened to go to another company, so they called the next day and offered to reduce theprice for the two follow-up visits (quarterly) by a 25%. This with the initial 10% discount I'd received was helpfull in offsetting their lack of consideration for other people's time. -Southeastern Massachusetts.

The man came and did the job and everything is good now.

There was a tremendous amount of confusion regarding scheduling, but it all worked out in the end.

Terminix responded to me almost immediately which was great. They also set up an appt almost immediately, also great. There was a mix up on the time of the appointment, but they did show up. The technicians were very courteous and informative.

We had to have a second visit, which was done very promptly.
