Good service time. Initial service came with a two week follow up. I still have spiders though. They said it may happen and they will be back in two weeks, so overall the service was fair.

They called back promptly and set everything up right then. One of the other companies needed to have someone else call me back to set up the appointment - lame when I don't have a lot of time to be on the phone. I was expecting a big company like Terminix to pay less attention than the other smaller, local companies. Terminix has a good online presence, which I like a lot.

Phone staff who set up in home service very friendly and accommodating, Leo the tech who came very nice and helpful. The only thing was that the phone tech and I agreed on traps that would hide the mice vs. visible glue traps, and this info wasn't passed on to the tech that came to the house-but everyone is very nice
