They scheduled my first treatment very quickly. Price was much better than the competition and they were able to answer all my questions, unlike thier competition who could not answer my questions.

They are very helpful. When extra service is required, they come out quickly and keep coming until it is to your satisfaction.

I have two concerns. 1) the phone person said it would cost one rate if we signed up for a year service, and the quarterly visits would be optional and that we'd only be charged if we called them out again. When the guy arrived, he told us the quarterly visits weren't optional. We ended up going with the one time service which was 2.5x higher than the rate under the annual service. Seemed like rates were not fully disclosed. 2) he left 1/2 of the hornet's nest in our yard. I thought he should've removed it. Having said that, the service technician was friendly, quick and got the job done.

He was right on time and explained what I needed to know. I guess I'll have to see if the bugs are really gone...

Terminix personal who take the order vs. the person come for the job has more communication gap. They inform a differnt rate on the phone and when the person so up inform you more which took 30 mins to battle. The technician was late to his appointment by more than 4 hours which made us to wait all day. Also on the phone they informed the person come will remove wasp nest and treat the area. But the technican informed he will treat and we have to remove after a week.

The professional that came to my house was friendly, effective, efficient, and shared valuable information. The many phone calls from Terminix before the appointment to discuss different pricing options and after the appointment to provide feedback were annoying at best and prompted me to doubt the quality of the actual service at worst. After all, why would they need to compete with themselves to talk me into the service and then repeatedly ask how they did if they were confident in their service?

I liked the guy alot. He gave us very helpful information about how to get rid of the lingering smell from our mouse infestation. We haven't seen any evidence of mice or bugs inside since he was here.

They were very prompt

Under satisfied with Terminix; just didn't think they were thorough or really cared about the customer. Some of the smaller firms really care about their business and reputation. I've had better success with the smaller, local companies.

Initial visit went fast, Asian beetles gone in 4 days great! No more bees in house, have to wait on outside treatment to comment on that.

mike explained the whole procedure and was very good at searching to find the locations of entry from my little invaders, i would recommend terminix to anyone who needs a real professional.

Initial service was OK, but don't know how effective it will be. I should know better in a few months.

I really enjoyed setting up my appointment with the local field rep David Freitag. however, he did say that they would cover the treatment holes in the cement (front stoop) with concrete after the treatment was in place which the service technician did not do. I need to follow up on that and see if there was a misunderstanding about that.

Did not get the obligation to the quarterly service - with the initial service call - however I deemed the problem we had was worth the follow up - so I went ahead with service. Otherwise I will have to wait and see - since the service person could not guarantee that my issue would be resolved - any real critique of the service will require time to see if it works.
