Terminix

Rained on 1st appt, so terminix cancelled to save me the chance that rain would wash away & rescheduled within a couple days. Supposed to arrive at 5 pm, but called to let me know he was running late & when to expect him. He was a little later than that, but was very friendly, customer oriented, informative and knowledgeable.

I was pleased with the promptness of the appointment. I was relieved after we discovered we did not have a pest problem.

The men were on time, neat, clean and did a great job. They told us what to expect before they did the work and what to expect after the job was completed. Very good service.

The technician was knowledgeable and as he did the inspection showed entry points and mostly he made sure that I understood the contract and what it covered. He made suggestions and assured me that I had made the right decision.

Work was performed on time for a very reasonable price -- beating the local competitors I checked by a wide margin. very professional

Horrible experience. The terminix person that came to my house was totally unprofessional and did a very poor job. I called to complain and request a different person to service and got great, friendly people from their national office that promised to have the local office in Maryland take care of my problem and send me a professional who will do the job right. They never called. I called the national office to give them one more chance and got the same promise with zero result. Poor communication between the National and Local offices = poor service and poor quality.

Fast prompt service, it was all inclusive, everything I needed. A+

Technician was timely and took his time performing the initial procedure. Advised us of what to look for and offered to come back free of charge if sightings of pests did not improve or got worse. Overall, satisfied with service.

The company was very profeesional, very helpful and deligent on solving all of our pest needs.

Good but too soon to tell

Terminix did a great job and I will use them again.

So good we got the service contract. We had to call back because one or two mice are still here. We set an appointment and no one showed. Called 3 times before someone would help. I will update again after rescheduled appointment.

Even though they did not find any evidence of rodents, they were very professional and friendly.

I asked Terminex to come back out to my residence because of a reoccuring problem with ants and they did not come out the two times that I requested that they do come out. I have taken off of work and do not have the time left to take off again and to wait for them to come to my home. I have an ant problem now, and it is of no concern to them. Their only concern was that my check cleared in the bank and that they will be back out in three months to do a follow up which will be of no need by then.

Did not get rid of the ants.
