Terminix provides excellent Customer Service. They contacted me the same day that I put my request on servicemagic.com. They not only addressed the current pest problem in my home, but put me on a plan which will protect my home throughout the year. FYI...they send out a consultant to do a free evaluation and to discuss package plans. The following day, the technician was in my home taking care of the problem. From start to finish, it took four business days to get service. It probably would have been sooner if had we not had two snow days in between! I am very pleased thus far.

I had Terminix come out to inspect our house for termites. The rep was extremely knowledgable and polite. He not only checked our basement, but also all over our backyard, pointing out areas where termites might gather and do damage. Fortunately, we did not have infesstation anywhere. I really learned a lot with him. All this, and he did not charge me anything! I was very impressed not only with that, but also with the treatment they would use if we did have termites. I will definately use them should the need arise.
