Terminix

I worked with Dennis at Terminex, he did a phenominal job. He came when he's supposed to. He took care of the bees nest in my house, and communicated very clear and left some interesting information for me to read and follow up on.

The representative came to the house and inspected the problem area. He advised me on how to address the issue and I'm happy with the service.

i was pleased that they covered many of our common insects at the lake. i was not as happy with the fact that they really pushed for the yearly contract and explained that it was 4 treatments through the year, but as i understand it now, they only look at the property in 2 of the 4 visits but do not spray.

It's still too early to know if the service is going to fix our concerns, but the initial treatment and visit was excellent.

The rep that came to my home was not prepared. He did not come with all of his supplies. I had to provide him with missing supply. All in all the gentleman was very nice showed me where all traps were placed and also sprayed for ants. The ant problem is still bad as the weather gets warmer. I will need to call once my 15 days are upp to re-spray. The office person that I spoke with gave me information that I explained to the service man and he states that they were not aware of a paticular service in getting out mice in my home. Actually what they did I was doing anyway but did not know exactly where to place all of the traps. I am not sure this was worth my money and time. I gave a fair rating because of the courtsey I was given. The work done I am not to pleased. Thank You
