Terminix contacted me promptly and set up an appointment. Both the termite inspector and the other exterminator arrived on time when the date arrived. Both were very personable and professional. Best of all, I have not seen a single cockroach since the treatment was applied. I am very pleased with the service provided.

The job required 2 separate trips to complete. I was not billed for the necessary second visit.

I would recommend Terminix (especially our service rep - Kelly) right away. The service is very professional and they take care of anything. The price is a bit high, but I can deal with that as long as I don't have bugs (even silverfish) and critters in our home.

Selected Terminex because could get both Termite protection and pest control services from one vendor.

I scheduled a Sat appt through Service Master, and no one showed. Apparently someone at Terminix dropped the ball. I scheduled another Sat appt. Terminix called, and the person I talked to was helpful. 2nd appt was fine, exterminator who showed up was polite and professional. Then Service Master sent me an email saying that I had a Wed appt. Don't know how that appt got set--I didn't request it. All in all, not a very smooth experience.
