I had only one thing to say. The local company is great but if you have to go through the main company there is a lack of comunication so that the appointments are not given through to the local company had to re set twice because the main office had the wrong info and so I was told I had an appointment for treatment and the local office did not know anything the local office did straighten things up but I had to take off more time from work because of the lack of comunication between the two locations the problem is solved but not without a lot of anger management

Fella came out and did a VERY THROUGH insepection for bedbugs, did not find any, was Professonal and courteous.

was vague about type of ant found...maybe a carpenter or someother kind...nice guy though, and did suggest rodent traps

Just started treatment. It may be consistent with beginning treatment but I am now seeing Carpenter ants on main level of house which wasn't happening before. Pros were efficient and courteous but I seriously doubt that the rodent entry has been stopped since my husband has only closed up about 1/4 of identified spots of possible entry. Price seemed high for the amount of follow up and the plan itself.
