Please note that it is a one year contract. When I first called Terminix I explained to Joann that I have an outdoor ant problem. There are fire ants and all kinds of ant and bugs outdoor. She stated that they take care of everything. Therefore I was under the impression that they would take care of the lawn. When John came to my home he did a wonderful job inside my home and around the perimeter but that was it. He then stated that they do not cover the lawn. I do not know if they recorded our conversation but if they did they will find out that I emphasis outdoor ant problem and the patio crack floor had spiders and spider webs.

They had a hard time keeping straight that I wished to have a prospective property inspected and that I didn't live there yet.
