Terminix scheduled for 8-12, called back the day before and narrowed to 10-12, then arrived at 11:45. The service person ask questions and wanted to see exactly where I had seen brown recluse spiders and spider moltings before he got started. This was reassuring that he was treating my particular problem. They recommended I clean up some clutter and said they would respray those areas at no charge. That second visit is now scheduled so they are making good on that offer. I have found 1 dead brown recluse so the first treatment is getting results.

As it turned out, we didn't have a serious problem. Far from pushing something we didn't need, they offered to come out in a year for another free inspection.
