Terminex e-mailed me within an hour of my request to let me know they'd be in touch. About 40 hrs. Later they called to set up an appt. To come out for the service I needed. Everyone, from the appt. Maker to the service tech. Was courteous, professional, and let me know they were there to resolve my issues. I had an initial treatment, a follow-up, & a free termite inspection performed, & the cost was average for my area for the services performed. I found out my home had issues we didn't even know about, and they were handled by Terminex immediately. I would highly recommend Terminex to each & every person who needs Pest Control services.
