They came on time and inspected the property. The wood damage was caused by water, not termites. There was no charge for the inspection. I was pleased with the service.

They were very prompt. They had what I felt was a very reasonable offer. They were able to perform the agreed to service the same day we signed the contract. Although it's only been a week it appears that the service is working. Their technician Mike also followed up with a phone call. Being in the Maintenance field myself. I know what customer satisfaction is all about.
