super friendly, professional and next day service

It's been good. My previous exterminator did not follow through on its warranty, so I appreciate that I can call Terminix anytime if I need help.

Called in advance to understand the job. Was able to complete job with out us here. Price was less than half of other companies and is guaranteed

They came in and were very professional. Did what had to be done in timely manner. They explained what they would do and how long it would take. Very good job.

I WAS SOMEWHAT DISCOURAGED AT WHAT I GOT FOR THE MONEY. I WAS EXPECTING TO HAVE A LOT OF HOLES AND GAPS PLUGGED THROUGH OUT THE HOUSE AND TO GO BEHIND THE STOVE AND REFRIGERATORS AND TO PLUG HOLES IN THE BASEMENT. BUT WHAT HAPPENED WAS 2 HOLES WERE PLUGGED HE REFUSED TO GO BEHIND THE REFRIGERATOR AND STOVE, THERE WERE SOMEKIND OF RODENT DROPPINGS IN MY ATTIC THAT WERE NOT MICE, HE HAD NO CLUE WHAT ANIMAL THEY CAME FROM.I WAS EXPECTING SOMETHING DONE THAT NO OTHER COMPANY OFFERED. I FEEL LIKE I WASTED MY MONEY.

The ants are still there, though there are less of them. My husband called Terminix back, and it will be another week before they can return. Also, it was a couple of days before they returned his call. So, we are not that impresed.

Expensive, but very reliable and professional. Trust to do a good job. Selected the annual plan which is worry fee, though costly.

I am still waiting for a report from the other office...
