I was pleasantly surprised with the speed that they responded and got the job done. They seemed very knowledgeable and willing to explain what was needed and why. Although it was alot more money than we originally thought, it seemed that they made an effort to keep the cost down as much as possible. The response was so quick that some "signals" were missed and the pest control guy showed up even though we agreed to the termite treatment in lieu of that.
