Service man was 45 minutes late but once he arrived was very professional, and thorough. Explained everything.

Arrived late without a call. Too fast & not thorough. Were to knock down cobwebs/spider webs but missed many. Tech was pleasant, friendly & willing to answer questions. It was $390 for 1-year of service if paid up front (slight discount). We paid in full at the first visit via check. We got a bill a few days later. Had to call the company to resolve. Supposedly it is a "timing" issue of when paperwork was sent versus the check deposit & clearing. Awaiting revised paperwork. Not starting off great. After the year's service I will know if I can recommend.
