We have had Terminix for about 30 years. The local franchise was purchased and moved to Omaha. Since then service has been nonexistent. We have had two termite infestations over the last 6 years. Both times their inspections didn't detect the problems, and we found both of them. They fixed the damage the first time. The second time they did nothing. It has been 2 years since the second infestation, and they have refused to do anything. They will not eradicate the termites or fix the damage, even though the contract requires action on their part. Be aware that if you pay for their services, they will not honor the contract to eradicate the termites or fix the damage. You should hire another firm to avoid wasting your money on services they will not provide. Definitely, do not hire them to do absolutely nothing.
