Termi Tech Pest Control

Eric continuously provides excellent pest control services for our Community. Highly recommended by MHWC Management & HOA!!! Thank you Eric!

Eric showed up on time and took care of the ant problem. He took the time to go under the house to spray. Have not seen any ants inside or outside the house since.

Excellent service! Prompt, friendly and knowledgeable.

Eric was very good and took care of our bee problem. I called him again after a week or see because I still heard some buzzing and he came back and sprayed some more at no charge.

He came when scheduled, worked out a plan, carried through with it even when difficult and was totally courteous. The racoon and squirrel have not returned, at least not successfully so far.

I thought I had mice or rats. It turned out to be bees. It was taken care of in a day.

On time, reasonable rates and completely professional service. We will be using this company on an ongoing basis.

He really went out of his way to explain and help us choose the right plan to get rid of the the pest.

Eric was readily available, willing to investigate the crawl space problem and provided an effective solution. He was prepared for the work and knowledgeable. He seemed willing to 'go the extra mile' to eliminate the rodent (yuck!) issue while considering our pet's health. Very Good work ~ I would definitely recommend him.

Prompt, courteous and thorough.

He did everything he said he was going to do, failed to find one hole the critters are still getting in at we are attempting to fix that one ourselves.

Eric was immediately responsive, very professional and very helpful. Even though my pesky raccoons seemed to have vanished after doing damage to my property, Eric did everything possible to capture them if they were still in my yard. He even left a cage here with me for an additional 2 weeks in case they returned. He sealed up their access point under my house after determining they were no longer dwelling there and checked my roof and chimney to make sure there was no attic or chimney access available to them. He'll be the one I'll call if they show up again. Thank you Eric, and thank you, Service Magic, for your quick response and recommendations. Myra Gibson

Did a very good job and was very professional. Would recommend them to my family and friends.

Termitech took on a tough job that many couldn't do, didn't do, and/or didn't want to do. The response to my query on Servicemagic was prompt and he was able to do the job in a timely fashion. His rates were reasonable and fair. Eric Ledwith was friendly, polite, courteous and professional. He even managed to save a portion of the nest for me, which I greatly appreciated. I would use Termitech again should the need arise. Thank you. I am sorry I didn't send this sooner. Servicemagic personnel were also very helpful and courteous.
