Concrete Injection Leveling Mudjacking
Schyler arrived at the appointed time explained the the process and how the equipment worked. After he finished he walked me through the completed work. He had cleaned up all the leftover residue explaining if there was any further movement in the work there was a five year warranty and he would return to correct it at no additional cost.

They got it right to the best of their ability with the budget I had available to work with. My expectations were met 100 percent. Did they correct 100 percent of my 60 year old foundation? They did the best they could exceeding my expectation and then returned money that I thought was spent because they found a clever way to save some time once they got here and were in the middle of the job……the core of who they are reveals their honesty and they returned thousands of dollars. That was fresh and unexpected…..word!

We had a complete encapsulation of our crawl space and sump pump and humidifier system installed. The young men who did the work were very professional. Antonio was the project manager and he was fantastic. Answered questions, explained the process, and made sure we were ok with what they were doing. They showed up at the time designated and called if they would be late. Communication was very good. Shout out to his helpers, Daniel, Jesse, and Kameron. At the end of the project they cleaned up the workspace and made sure things were left like it was before project. Thanks guys.

These guys will promise you anything to get you to sign on the dotted line. They say they can level a sidewalk with their filler. I found out the hard way that this is not true. They worked for days filling underneath my sidewalk with God knows what and the sidewalk never budged. Doh on me. They are very expensive, especially when all they ended up doing was grinding the sidewalk down where it was higher. I tell everyone who is thinking of using these guys to level anything to beware.

We were told they could lift the concrete and eliminate the big separations from the settlement. They lifted yet the large 2-inch cracks remained. They promised more than they could deliver and way overpriced at almost $ 4000.00!

I have had two issues since they installed the new sump pump and irrigation. Issue number one was water still getting passed the new concrete. The other issue is that the new concrete was not level at all which has caused issues with the new flooring I installed. However, their customer service is top notch and will work hard to take care of you.

$20k for a crawl space encapsulation with a three-pump sump system is a lot of money. Too much? I am not sure of the four companies that came out, only TerraFirma gave a quote.
