I received a call from Terra Nova very promptly after requesting the appointment through HomeAdvisor. The charges he quoted were more than reasonable, actually less than the lowest cost listed on HomeAdvisor and considerably lower than the area average. He actually came out to do the work a day earlier than I had requested because he knew I was concerned about the cold weather we’d experienced and I told him he could come out anytime. Very personable and professional.
