"We are sorry to hear about the negative experience, we take feedback very seriously and investigate negative claims thoroughly. Upon looking back through our records, the written estimate, that was reviewed and accepted by you, is written for trimming on 3 trees. We would be happy to provide this again to clarify the scope of work, which we carried out. Our Sales Arborist noted upon investigation that a 4th tree was discussed during the quote, but you ultimately declined service when the quote was given on site. Our pruning services are always headed by an ISA Certified Arborist, who carefully considers tree health and aesthetics when pruning. Over-pruning trees can be severely detrimental and lead to long term damage or tree death, costing our customers more money and time. We are more than happy to address the issue with the neighbor's lawn. We prefer to address late fall/winter lawn issues in early spring so that our customers do not risk having soil and grass seed not take over winter, again costing them unnecessary costs. We pride our communication and prefer to work directly with customers to address issues. Please reach out to us so we can make it right."
