Hiring Terranova for our remodeling project was one of the worst decisions we've ever made. In my opinion, they are completely incompetent. They created a potential electrical emergency in our house and compromised the bathroom's waterproofing system. EVERYTHING they touched had to be redone; their work was misaligned, uneven, and showed a complete lack of care or craftsmanship. Due to the extensive damage they caused, we are currently pursuing legal action and filing a complaint with the contractors' board. Donâ t be fooled by their initial demeanor. He initially comes across as very nice and highly professional, but as the project progresses, he becomes unpleasant and difficult to work with. Weâ ve incurred significant financial losses due to their malpractice. Don't make the same mistake we didâ hire someone who actually knows what they're doing.

Work done by subs was okay but the owner did not know what he is doing. Quote was not clear and did not detail what is included. The contract also was vague and owner repeatedly accused me of trying to pull something until I quoted his contract back to him. Finally, the owner is not skilled and his work had to be fixed by his subs or me.

Steven was great to work with. He was communicative and responsive, but most importantly he stuck to the schedule he outlined up front. We made some slight tweaks to the plan along the way and he was flexible enough to accommodate them while letting us know what the time and cost impact would be rapidly so we could make decisions on the fly. I'd definitely work with Steven and team again.

Steven and his crew are wonderful. They kept me calm throughout the remodel. It wasn't as clear cut a job as I thought but it turned out fantastic. They were prompt hard workers and very polite. I will be contacting them again in August for more jobs. Big thanks to Steven and crew.

He has a lot of knowledge of what he does! He was very nice and he always listens to you what you say. I'm thinking of doing for another project with him. He always came up with a good idea and always providing reasonable price!

I would highly recommend him. Even the work was a few years ago, I remember how he was able to execute the job well working in a building. It was a really good experience!
