Very expensive and no follow through

I had a terrible experience with Nick, the owner and so-called technician of this company! He came to see the refrigerator. Then he lied to me about the parts that were needed, he charged my credit card so he can order the parts. He made me wait for a week, with very poor communication, almost none. He would not answer the phone, nor keep the day/ times appointment to come and replace the parts. I ended up hiring another company that came and installed a part that costs 45 dollars not 250 that Nick charged my credit card with. I know I am not the only one in this situation, so watch out!

No communication and the job is not complete. I want my refrigerator working, I have already paid.

He does a good job but labor is way too expensive for something so small.

The service was prompt and efficient. The technician, Nick, was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able the obtain the part that was needed to repair my washer sooner than he promised and was able to return to finish the job the next business day. I was very pleased with the service. Thank you

our problem was easily fixed (we didn't read the instruction book properly), but the service tech didn't make us feel dumb. Good value for the money

Nick was amazing!! He was very organized, professional and friendly. In addition he was very accommodating to my minor requests in allowing me to wipe down all of the shelves prior to returning them into the refrigerator. I would highly recommend him to everyone

Alex was great and I didnâ t know he could help with all appliances in the home so he not only helped install our microwave but now he is going to help with our dishwasher and a new washer/dryer! Thanks Alex!

Nick was great. I spoke with him on the phone and he found the part needed and came the next day. My only issue was that he said he was coming at 8:00 am and did not arrive until 10:30.

The repair tech gave me what he thought might be the problem on my initial call and he was right. We schedule a time frame for him to arrive and he showed up in that time period. The service was excellent.

He was late. Supposed to be there between 8-10 and arrived at 11:30, after I called. Knew exactly the cause quickly though! But felt like a 5 min fix at $150 was very high. Although would recommend.

Timely, solved my appliance issue with just the cost of the service call.

Their response to my request was very quick. They were able to get to us the next day. The tech contacted us at the very beginning of the the time window we had agreed on. He was here shortly there after and had assessed the problem in no time. After obtaining the necessary part he was done in no time. He was friendly and courteous and very helpful. I will contact them for all our appliance needs.

Great techâ s, came out short notice to repair our washer. Took care of it and cleaned up in a short period of time. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone else for appliance repairs ð ð »ð ð »ð ð »

He offers good work for a good price. Also, he is very mindful of his different customers and their needs.
