Terrence Christopher Design

I would not recommend Terrence to anyone. He was difficult to get in touch with and he had a million excuses for not getting the job done. In short, he was not professional. He switched products it was not a good experience. He took advantage of a difficult situation and blamed problems on contractors and miscommunications when actually it was his lack of organization and professionalism. Frankly, Terrence is dishonest and a diva in my opinion. In the end I am happy with the colors I chose and the rug I chose but the entire experience of working with Terrence was extremely stressful. We are glad it's over.

Terrence was great in the beginning but then he did not pay attention to our budget at all. Very poor service at the end of the project-could not get him to return phone calls. Also very poor design on kitchen cabinets-2 cabinets that are non usable. We had lots of trouble getting cabinets delivered-order place, etc. Terrence also owes us approximately $3,000 for materials that were returned, etc. Numerous phone calls, letters, etc have produced no results. He also bounced checks to one of the subcontractors. He has since moved out of state. I would NOT recommend him.

He never showed up for the scheduled appointment. I wished he called that day that he cannot make it so I could make other plans. I waited for him all day. Anyways, thanks.

Very qualified.

He has insight and vision for current project as well as future possibilities. He likes what he does on a personal level and was very passionate about the job. Good match for me !!
