Terry and his team were true professionals. Terry have a free estimate and the quality of work was better than competitors quoted. He was quick and efficient. It was like you didn t even know he was there. There was no trash or debris left. I recommend Terry for any project that falls within his specifications.

Did a great job, right on for the money spent!

Terry and his son did a fabulous job, prepping the retaining walls for every garden unit on our 100 unit property. He then installed large concrete wallcaps to preserve the concrete-stucco walls while dramatically improving the appearance of our property. He worked with C&C Sand and Stone and the HOA to complete the job during rainy weather. His bid was competitive, and he came out a couple times to throughly assess the project. He had all the necessary credentials to successfully win our contract. Plus, heâ s a nice guy with good communication skills.

Reliably on time, finished and cleaned up quickly. Made sure caulk color was to our satisfaction.

Terry did a great job replacing 3 chimney caps on our house. He could use a little more attend to detail on cleaning up the job site. We had to prompt him to remove the excess concrete.

Terry did a great job on our stone repair. In addition to the visible damage, he inspected all of the stone work and found several additional areas requiring preventive repair. Terry is very personable and easy to do business with.

He called right away and followed up on the estimate. He was able to do the job on very short notice. He listened and exceeded my expectation of how the project would look. He kept everything very clean and he was meticulous in the job.

Terry did a great job replacing a chimney. We worked entirely by email and as yet I have not met him. He responded to my inquiry almost immediately, gave me choices about the brick I wanted, and completed the work when he said he wood.
