Had a water line break in our garage during the freeze called Kevin on that terrible Sunday afternoon and in less than three hours after the call he had my problem fixed . Returned after the weather broke repaired all my Sheetrock problems,textured and painted my garage and installed a freeze free outside hose hookup and a storm door. Excellent work for a very fair price!!! Also hung two high ceiling chandeliers for us at half the price we were quoted by electricians. Excellent work with very fair prices. The people he sent to do the shower install did not do a good job, both showers leaked into my subfloor, and we had to redo the whole project, costing us over 17,000. I am assuming they had a trainee working on our project.

Very professional. Top quality work. Cheaper than most because they budget.

Kevin Terry was involved in every decision and on site daily. He was great with communicating costs and scheduling . On-site work staff was very courteous and considerate.

We’ve had several projects going on over the past two years. There were so many issues with the other contractors; my husband and I were so stressed out over the quality of work along with continuous price changing.. not in our favor. None of this happened with Terry. He was extremely professional the entire time. We are 100% satisfied with our new bathroom. We remodeled our kitchen, master bathroom, utility room, and painted the master bedroom. Kevin Terry was wonderful to work with. He gave us a fair and timely quote, was on site at least once daily, and held his subcontractors accountable - all of which were also a pleasure to work with and very skilled. The project was completed in a timely manner and finished close to budget. Some of my final material choices exceeded the budgeted prices. We would definitely recommend Terry General Contracting and will likely utilize this company in future projects.

Kevin, general contractor, was very involved and checked in twice daily to check progress and be sure we were pleased. There was a small glitch with one of the subs and Kevin had them take out what I was not happy with and redo the work at their expense. Very impressive! I would recommend them with no hesitation. Call Terry General Contracting if you want the job done right!
