Terry Landscaping and Lawn Care

Pros: Very competitive price. Good quality work. Friendly and respectful crew (when they show up). Cons: Very poor customer service. Russell does not communicate pro-actively or in a timely way to schedule work, provide updates, or answer questions. On three occasions, the crew did not show up on the days they said they would and I received no prior notice and no follow-up. At times, Russell seemed to confuse my project with others and provided confusing answers to my questions. I signed the contract March 26 and the work was not completed till June 11.

This company did a great job aerating my lawn. They were able to aerate close to the beds without damaging any plants or property. They were quick to reply to my inquiry, provide an estimate and get the job done.

Excellent job!! I had a basic plan for my landscape project, which I thought was nice, but Russell came up with a design for the same price that was much better than anything I could have imagined. Everyone that has seen it comments on how nice it looks and it really adds overall appeal to the house. I think a couple of the neighbors want to get a similar project done and I absolutely recommend Terry Landsaping for the job!
