Terry was very professional. He called immediately within minutes of receiving the request. He was very positive and optimistic that he could repair our unit (even though it was OLD) and get it back up and running. AND HE DID! He had the necessary parts available on his truck. He arrived promptly during the time he said he would. He was diligent in waiting for the system to start back cooling at levels he was comfortable with. He also recommended maintenance in the future and at our request he completed it he onsite. I would recommend him and we have logged his number for future contact if needed.

Terry Oxendine showed up both times on time to fix my HVAC system, and he was friendly and told me step-by-step what he was doing to repair my system. He took pictures underneath my house so I saw the work he did to test my system for leaks. He is a professional technician and I would recommend him to anyone, especially an elderly person like myself who doesn't understand HVAC repairs. He is honest and told me that I didn't need a $2,000 repair job like another company locally here told me. I would hire him again and I definitely will hire him next year when I need a service!!!

Mr. Terry was very professional, polite and proficient needless to say knowledgeable at his craft. He came and did an estimate and was able to get the part I needed the next day. Mr. Terry came and repaired my outside motor of my HVAC unit. He literally saved me from the high temps that were expected this week. He was GOD sent and I am glad I found him and will definitely get him for future services when needed.

He came out the next day which was on a Sunday and he said the unit needed freon. So he filled it up cooled great no issues until two days later freezing up again so he came back out no charge and found a leak. He picked up the part installed it charged it back up and we are running again. Did a great job and made sure I knew what was going on step by step will use again.
