Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Water heater went out (9 years old); Terry Vereen was the first to respond to our request for a quote and had someone out with a new water heater the next day. Installer was a little late but did a good job. When water did not heat as expected in the timeframe given they sent out another tech who came at 7:45 pm and changed out the thermostats and made sure we were up and running. Overall very pleased and enjoying warm showers again.

Had my electric water heater replaced today. Jacob Bragg did the install and did a fantastic job. Could not have been better. He is an asset to the company. I would say if you need work done this is the (guy) and company you should choose.

After requesting documentation on what was installed, I was emailed a copy of a very skimpy brochure of the hot water tank - apparently from the manufacturer. I have no idea if I got a cheap, terrible quality hot water tank or a good one.

The company responded quickly. The plumber did an ok job on the work completed but didn't finish. He left the shower still unusable and said it would cost an additional $300-$400. It cost $188 to clean the drains! The office person was very friendly and efficient.

Terry Vereeniging plumbing is excellent. We’re able to show up very quickly for an unexpected emergency. Fixed my leak and since they completed so quickly also drained my water heater. A will definitely use for my future plumbing needs.
