These 3 men went straight to work and worked continuously til the job was finished. Not even a small limb was left. Clean up was complete. Great work ethic. I would highly recommend them.

Hired Terry to remove two large trees and trim another. I had to call almost every day to see if he was coming. On my way turned into 2-3 hours later. I feel he misrepresented his abilities, equipment, crew, approach, and experience with this type of job.

Terry has a good heart, and does a good job. But he was late everyday practically and had no crew a different guy every time. He did great work and is super friendly , but clean up is not his thing. He up ended a nest stack of boards I had, and left a lot of debris in the back yard A pretty good stack of boards and junk wood. We got along great. I really like Terri. But I did not get a bud. I asked how many days it would take and paid him $25.00 an hour for the three days that wound up being like 8 days. And some clean up he left for me well as not hauling off limbs as promised. (or burning them). Overall I loved the deck and I like Terry a lot. But I am a straight shooter and told it like it was.

**Use this guy at your own risk.** NOT professional, NOT reliable. He had excuse after excuse why he couldn t make it. I tried to be patient but a person can only be put off so many times. When he finally arrived and started to install a kitchen faucet he seemed like he would be knowledgeable and able to do the task. To make this story shorter, due to a defective faucet and some missing parts, he wasn t able to complete the job. After discussing the situation, I agreed to go buy a new faucet the next day and he promised to return to install it. I did my part but he had more excuses not to come and said he would come the next day even though it was Sunday. Being without water in the kitchen for two days, I asked him to please be here by at least 1:00, he just said he would try. Well he didn t show up and I was getting very upset. He finally texted me at 4:30 to say he was on his way. I told him if he wasn t here by 5:00pm I was calling someone else. He told me to call someone else. So I paid him $50 to make a mess of my kitchen and leave me without water for two days and then there s the $85 for the new faucet that s sitting on the table because I have no one to install it. (HomeAdvisor- I think I should receive a refund of $50 and you should not be sending this guy out on jobs to represent your company. Oh by the way, does he have a plumbers license? I would like to know. )
