If I could give zero stars I would!! Not only was the technician completely unhelpful and rude, he does not fix the issues!! Iâ ve had 4 service calls since May and no resolution yet!!!! Take your business elsewhere. Donâ t go through the same headache Iâ m experiencing.
Broke Again
The tech really knew his business and a very professional approach.
I had them install a damper to cool only my bed. They provided a good price and did everything to insure I was completely satisfied. I will have them do my preventative maintenance because I trust them.

In Dec., 2018, my thermostat was replaced as part of TexAire working to resolve my unit being iced over. TexAire found the true issue and corrected it (it was a bad defrost board) Great job. That same day, I asked if I could have my original thermostat back? TexAire said yes, it is across town but we can get it back. It was in Dec, I knew w/holidays it is busy for all. We were able to schedule an appt in Jan. I took off a day from work. Unfortunately, No one showed up and no one called. Things can come up, I called, got voicemail and left a message. No one called me back. I have called a day here and there, still no answer. I figured it is a busy time. I will wait. This month, Feb, I called and was able to get an appt scheduled. Tex Aire advised, *we have a thermostat for you*. I was happy to hear. Scheduled my time w/work, took 2 hours off. No one showed up and no one called. On one of the messages I left, I mentioned to TexAire if they cannot replace it just let me know. But when a business tells you they can replace it, and schedule two appointments with you and do not show up. As a consumer, You wanna believe them, but unfortunately with TexAire, it was not possible in this instance.
On time, very competent, fair price, very knowledgeable and quick to find and solve problem.
