Tex-Can Synthetic Turf, LLC

I hired them for a drainage/turf project in Apr 2019 and gave them a $4,125 deposit for a $8,250 project. After multiple excuses about weather and staff issues, they still have not begun my job or returned my deposit.

I hired this company on July 13, 2019 giving them a deposit by check for $5000.00 . My son and I discussed with Ms. Grant it was to begin in 3 weeks and take about a week which was perfect to be done by the time the inside remodel was done. In my experience with this company is there is very little communication from them unless prompted from me. I have been waiting for the job to still be complete. I have experienced days in a row up to a week at a time that there was no communication. I have experienced They have only shown up a handful of days since it began.Then I experience text communication that they will be coming to work and not show for several days in a row. I am just wanting the job complete and feel I have been extremely patient. Its still not complete still as off 9/24/19.

Family owned business that looks out for your best interest. They were appropriately priced, professional and thorough. My side yard has a dream look now!

We have had a very unpleasant experience with TEX-CAN Synthetic Turf, LLC. We awarded them the work order for putting synthetic turf and decomposed granite in our backyard. They took approximately 3 months and did NOT finish the work which was estimated to be 1-2 weeksâ worth of effort. So, we had to send a termination notice to them. On evaluation by an independent contractor the partial work which they did perform was sub par as per the suggested guidelines and very poor in quality. I believe they also lack the expertise and manpower for this work, not to mention lack of communication and the desire to put Customer first. We are currently going through additional out of pocket expenses to fix the mess they left our backyard in. We DO NOT recommend this vendor.

This company was very easy to work with. They paid attention to details and kept the area clean. Will definitely recommend Tex-Can to friends.

The quality of the work was absolutely perfect. They we able to fit me into their schedule and go from quote to finished yard in a few days. We will have them do the other side yard in the near future. They get the highest rating we can give.
