Tex-Perts Cooling & Heating

This company did a stellar job fixing a botched job performed by a “major” “veteran friendly” a/c scam company. They explained everything clearly & honestly. This was very much appreciated after being ripped off for a brand new system only to have it break a month later with the only “option” offered to fix was paying thousands more. I would hire these guys in a heartbeat if anything else went wrong but because they did such excellent work I haven’t had to worry a bit.

Very good work

The workers were great very nice cleaned up after them selves. But the office or who ever did not tell them what I wanted to be installed and what I did not want to do and they did it all now I got Dampers that I did NOT want, they leak air from where they are installed not happy with them at all did not need or want them. So make sure before they start work the office told them the work you want done and do not sign nothing until you know they did what you want.But again the workers are good at there job.

Installed a 4 ton 16 SEER unit in one day. The attic was a tight fit but they stayed until work done. Good job.

We hired them to clean the dryer vent as lint buildup had caused the fuse in the dryer to blow. The repairman said we needed to have the vent cleaned. Prior to Tex-Perts coming out, we were told they would clean the vent from the roof down and from the laundry room up. To our knowledge they never got on our roof. They told me they cleaned from behind the dryer and they did go in the attic, but I am not certain what they could do from there as it is a closed pipe. After we paid them and they left, we continued to have the same problem with clothes not drying and the dryer becoming very hot. We even went so far as to purchase a new dryer as we assumed Tex-Perts fixed the problem, only to have the same issues with the brand new dryer. We have had to hire someone else to do the job that Tex-Perts said they would do, but obviously didn't.

They came out a day early (helped a lot considering my wife and I both new A/C to live thru our illness) and both over 60. Received a senior discount, quality work, explained before and after with expenses and recommendations for new system. Very professional and informative, will defiantly call them when time to replace this old system.

Jesse Garza a genuine professional. He provided me with tips to save money and prevent faults in my AC system. Very pleasant gentlemen!!! arrived for the appointment ahead of schedule and completed two systems within the allotted time.

Tech was good. But was running late & I had to call to find that out. Should have been contacted by them , not the other way around. Other than that , good.

No surprise charges. Whatever price they quote for the project, that's what it will be in the end, regardless of what comes up during the job. Craig was very helpful and detail-oriented, and helped us design a system to our needs when some other companies wouldn't even touch the job. After the job was done and we had paid them, we discovered that a few things had not been done to our satisfaction. Without question, Craig offered to send a team over to fix it as soon as possible.
