Tex Vet Trees & Landscaping

I was provided a quote through this business for landscaping my back yard. I was told, during a meeting, that the job would take 2-3 days to complete. The quote included trimming of 2 oak trees, creating a dry rock creek bed, removing debris left by builders, installing a 10' privacy gate, installing 5 tons of topsoil, installing sod, seed and planting azaleas. I also had another quote for putting in a flower bed in front of my house. I was asked for 1/2 of the cost ($4,400 for the back/$1,200 for the front) up front which I paid. After 37 days what I had was a partially completed creek bed, 2 oak trees trimmed, a couple of holes filled with dirt and a pile of rock that has now killed my grass because it's been sitting on the side yard for over a month. I do not have any sod, no seed, no gate, no azaleas and no completed creek bed. The debris, including a partial wood fence that was to be removed, is still there. The front flower bed was never touched at all.

This company did an amazing job, very professional and friendly. Rick communicated very well explaining the exact process and when to expect them to arrive and job to be completed. I highly recommend using Tex Vet Trees & Milling. My 13 year old cat got stuck in the top of my neighbors huge oak tree. We gave Ric a call and he came out to help within minutes. He was very caring and sincere to the whole situation. Even though my cat was terrified, Ric stayed calm and gently carried him down safely. I can't thank him enough. Ric the owner came out himself to take care of tree roots that were getting near our back porch and trim some limbs hitting our roof. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I really enjoyed chatting with him. We also learned a lot about other trees on our property as well as how to take care of ants and things ourselves. He was very efficient and cleaned up everything after he finished. We will definitely be using Texas Vet for any jobs in the future.
