I hired this company to replace my wooden fence and paid half up front. They told me they would start the job either the following Friday or Monday and that it would take 2-3 days to complete. 2 weeks later they still had not shown up or contacted me. I contacted them and they said they were running behind and would start next week. This happened again and again for a month. They never contacted me and only replied to me after numerous voicemails and texts. I eventually asked for a refund. The refund showed as pending in my account, so I stopped worrying about it, but before it was fully processed, they revoked the refund and took back my money. They effectively stole over $3500 from me. I have filed a fraud case with my credit card company.

Although the job they did was excellent it was not completed and they did not follow through with their promise to finish the job. Our contract stated that 2 downspouts were to be connected, one in the front and one in the back yard. When we discovered that only the back was done, we immediately contacted them on 8/2 and were told no problem, we'll schedule it and get it done. Scheduled for 9/1 and nobody showed up. No show again on 9/3. No response to my call on 9/3. I truly regret having to make this complaint because I was impressed with their original professionalism. I have no explanation for their lack of follow through and it is very disappointing. I would have recommended them to others but will no longer do so.
