Overall did fine. Had the parts I needed when everyone else was out if stock. Promised to return and finish installing an electrical outlet cover but did not.

.

This guy was great. It took three trips out here, but he stuck with us until it was finished correctly!

Very prompt response within hours after the ‘21 winter storm froze and broke my pool heater. New heater was in inventory and installed within 2 days. Back up and running in a hot spa!

Everything was fine for a few weeks after my pool heater was installed although the technician had to vacuum some water out of the gas line to maintain ignition. Then we had heavy rain and the heater refused to fire. A technician returned and discovered more water, confirming there was a leak in the gas line. This has now been fixed but water remains at the bottom of the line. My simple request for a technician to stop by and vacuum the remaining water out was denied by this company. So much for customer service!

They were busy and took a while to schedule, but ultimately got the job done, work was pretty good.

Called Friday and able to book for Monday! Very responsive

Did an excellent job replacing entire pump system and ran a gas line to the new heater… pricing good

Big D Pools is fantastic! My pool heater was ruined by rodents. They came out immediately, diagnosed the problem. Showed me why it was ruined, then replaced the heater the same day! Outstanding service, great customer service and great communication. I highly recommend them for your pool repair needs.

After contracting job they were here the next day and removed and replaced all the broken equipment. Pool is up and running and we are amazed at the result. We highly recommend Big D Pool for any pool repair etc.

Extremely professional, thorough in there job and great pricing

It is difficult to reach these guys because they are busy. They delivered what they said they would. They are expensive, promised to change the pressure valve and remove the heater but I have not seen them in over a week.

Very responsive and professional. Due to power outage, I had significant damage to my pool equipment. Big D Pools provided me an estimate within a few day so I could send to my insurance. They just installed a new pool heater and it works great. Will definitely hire again

Update: On 3/24/2021 I spoke with Dustin and ironed out some miscommunication issues. He is sending someone to fix my leak.

Dustin with Big D pools is a total nightmare! He is not responsive at all. The equipment installed ( still under his warranty) is leaking and he does not respond to any of my emails...without mentioning that he sold me a pool heater inferior to what i had and did not tell me anything about it. Stay away from them! They do not honor their warranty and install refurbished units with inferior BTUs that you previously had!

Great work had the parts they needed and completed the job in a very timely fashion. I will definitely use them again.

I needed one specific part for my pool heater after the freeze in Feb, and I searched all over the country and even outside the country for this part and no one had it. I was told it would be 3-4 months. My other options were very costly - replace the heater or try to bypass the heater with additional routing. I started calling around locally for someone to do the bypass, and Dustin tells me he has this part! Dustin was a life saver! Before you do anything, Call Dustin at Big D Pools - he has a huge inventory of parts - it could save you thousands of dollars. He's amazing!

It was freezing and they came out same day to fix a leak in our pool. We have had at least five other companies come out and try to sell us a remodel. Big D came out and found the problem, fixed it right away, and let me ask them for a quote for a remodel down the line. Great experience

Very fast friendly service. Great value in the refurbished heater, I was prepared to buy new but they presented all options.

Competent workmanship, fair price.

Deliver on expectation I requested a specific day and time. The service was not only perfect, it was on time

Great, quick service. Paul was fantastic to work with

knowledgeable and honest guys (Paul and Dustin)

Replied quickly to my request
