Technician came out an added freon but did not spray ac down with water to find out actual freon level.Technician added 1 pound of freon an paid $75 for service call an $75 for freon total of $150.There was no change in my house,it was still burning up.I then call another company out an they added 3 more pounds of freon, make sure before a Technician add freon to your AC unit,to use hose pipe to cool unit down an to find out how much freon need to be added.

I just closed on a house and the upstairs AC was not working (I was aware there was a problem with the unit going). I called Paul to add freon to the system. He diagnosed a leak in the evaporator coil. I opted to fill with freon to see if I could make it through the summer. Paul added freon and stop leak to the system. It was not cooling agian in 3 days. After looking into various options for system replacement from numerous companies I decided to just replace the evaporator coil. Paul had the lowest price. Don't waste your time shopping around like I did just call Paul. I hope I don't see him agian until next years spring service call. 🤞

I spoke with Paul in wich he answered all my questions over the phone & by the next day we had his worker Clark come out. We can't explain how much we appreciate what he did because he went above & beyond with checking everything due to a previous person coming to fix our a/c & doing a horrible job. Clark was on time, true proffesional & we couldn't be happier to have found this company. If you need a company you can trust,knows what they're doing & has workers that do %110 percent in their job then you can't go wrong with this company. Forever greatful.

Paul is a great guy. Very nice. Honest. Great service and fair pricing. My experience with Paul was outstanding. He was immediately responsive to my inquiry for service, worked me in to his schedule right away, fixed my A/C for a fair price and even my wife sent me a text saying he was very nice. I would definitely use him again. I have had many good experiences with HomeAdvisor and couple of bad ones, and one terrible experience. My A/C stopped working last night so I needed a pro quick. I have learned to always begin my search by finding a pro with more than 20 good reviews and then I read the worst reviews first. If there are even a couple of reviews with poor service or dishonest, I move on. Well, the worst reviews for Paul was a couple of customers gave him a 4 star rating with comments saying the service and price was good. Seriously? What did he need to do to get a 5 star rating? Wash your car and cut the grass before he leaves you basking in cool air? I saved him as a favorite. Hopefully I will not see him again anytime soon but it is good to know I found someone I trust if do.

Paul was thorough in checking out the problems and explained in detail before repairs were made. Highly recommend. It was such a relief to have a/c as the unit had not worked properly for four days.

Paul came out on a freezing Saturday afternoon when our furnace quit working. He fixed an ancient system temporarily to get it working through the weekend, and didn't charge us a dime. He then gave us several options to repair or replace. We decided to replace and in two days he had a new furnace installed at a very reasonable cost.

He was wonderful, and he was the 4th person we had look at it and he got the job done.

I'd give Paul 10 stars but the scale only goes to 5. A true electrician who understands the air-conditioners. Problem happened on a Saturday evening and Paul came out the next day, on a Sunday morning. Can't say enough about his wonderful work and his price. EXCELLENT WORK. Paul gets the Michelin star award for Air Conditioner Repairs.
