What a great experience! About 10 minutes after I sent the original inquiry, they contacted me to set up a no-cost, on-site estimate/evaluation with someone who was on-call and available right away. He called 10 mins later to confirm and 30 mins after that, the doorbell rang! He showed up wearing a mask and had even stepped back to a safe social distance!! He was polite, personable, safe and respectful! Very impressive. He quickly evaluated the slow drain in the kitchen sink, gave an estimate that was thoroughly reasonable, and then got to work on it. He was noticeably careful bringing his tools and gear into & out of the house. (Much appreciated!) He worked quickly & efficiently, did a great job communicating what he was doing and in explaining & demonstrating that it was fixed! He even did a good (**not merely adequate**) job of cleaning up! We would definitely use them again and will enthusiastically recommend them to the neighbors. Great job exceeding expectations.

The service of the clogged pipe went fair. The service was done. I would not call them back due to the fact that there was no safety gear on the staff members. No shoe covers, no masks, or gloves. The staff members did not try to keep a safe distance when speaking. The date of the requested service was in late April in the midst of the COVID 19. The company did not take the steps to protect their employees or customers. I've sent an email with my concerns to Texas APS and did not hear back from them. I had to reach out to a third party to have Texas APS email me back, to only receive a one-sentence apology. Service was fine customer service and safety is poor.

First of all, during these hard times, it was great to know that when this semi-emergency happened, they quickly were on the phone with me, and within 3 hours they were at my home helping me out. Master plumber, was really nice, he went through everything with me and was patient with me through all my questions. I do feel it was a little pricey but that is just a small thing. The job did take a lot longer than initially estimated, but they were very nice and thoughtful throughout the entire task.
