Metal Roofing Repair
I hired Chris to repair a roof that was screwed up by a precious roofer, I still have a leak and I can not seem to get them to come back, this has been going on since October

Existing Skylight Repair, Replacements or Sealing
1) Zero follow-up from this company, despite calling them numerous times. 2) Very expensive for the work performed. 3) on a positive note, they came out and did the work on the same day that I called them. I have no idea how to rank this service, or the quality of work, because the photos that I requested before I paid for the service in full, have still never come. I contacted the company numerous times, including the day after the service was performed. Each time, I was told that they would go get the information the next day and that we would receive the before and after images via email. It s now 7 weeks and I am pretty confident that I will not be getting them. (-)Total cost for removing old nails, installing aluminum nails and sealing up the skylight was $850.00 and was completed in less than 90 minutes. (+) Came out same day and completed the work the same day. (-) I was never sent the before and after photos that I was promised prior to paying.

The roofing job was done while it was raining, which I did not like, Chris the guy that gave me the estimate was not on the job himself.same evening that they finished the job, they wanted the money, so I did not get the chance to look at the finished job myself before I paid them, and they were insisting to pay only Zello quick pay or cash, the following day after I paid them I text Chris he has not return my text back yet.

Even after saying no to pay off the service. They did it anyway. Was charged for it (of course cheaper than other places). But I had already said no.

I rated low on customer service because they never showed up at the time they promised. In 3 instances, they were 4 or more hours late. Very frustrating as I had to cancel other commitments.

I hired Chris on 8/25/19 to repair a garage roof after 3 weeks the roof is leaking is worse than it did, I have tried to call and text, goes to a voice mailbox that is not set up, I did receive a text from Chris yesterday and still no resolve

Hired them to come out. They were very responsive and came out the same day. Getting them to come back out to take care of a warranty claim hasn't been a lot tougher. Unresponsive to following up.

Quick to respond to inquiry. Very willing to come out for estimate when convenient for me. The only company willing to perform a smaller repair. I had 2 other estimates and they suggested I do it myself. Worked quickly and made suggestions for future repairs. Offers warranty on performed maintenance. Will definitely use them again for roofing needs.
